My Self-Care Journey with Human Design

After decades of cleanses, diets, and yoga that never “fixed” me, my self-care transformed when I started eating by my PHS in 2018. This literal “gut-level” experiment convinced me of Human Design's power for physical transformation.

And it proved this truth: self-care must be based on YOUR UNIQUE DESIGN to be effective and sustainable. 💫

Beyond my personal body experiment, I've shared Human Design professionally since 2021: first as a certified IHDS guide teaching Living Your Design to Manifestors. Now a Human Design Translator, I give readings, teach, and coach all types, when called out.

This path is a world away from my law career, where the inherent conflict disturbed my Manifestor nature, even though my mind loved the details. Now with Human Design, I work with love, addressing the root causes of individual imbalances instead of the legal problems they can cause.

Confession: As individual as I am by design, I need self-care support too. I'm making this container because connecting with other Manifestors is uniquely energizing for me.
